Chris has been working as a Mortgage Broker for over nine years and brings with him his life experiences from working with a Multinational Company for 17 years in both sales and sales management roles.
Chris has a Bachelor of Business degree, along with Certificate IV in Financial Service (Finance/Mortgage Broking) and a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management and is an Accredited Finance Broker with the MFAA.
Chris prides himself on his ability to deliver exceptional customer service by providing the appropriate advice and solutions based on the client’s individual circumstances, ensuring a smooth and seamless process.
Personally, Chris is married with 2 children and lives on the Southside of Brisbane and is an avid follower of all sports.
June 2021 – I wanted to take a moment to try and put into words, my amazing time and experience with Josie.
This was the first time I have applied for a loan, let alone a home loan, and I was more than green…literally no idea.
Previous to contacting Josie, I had been involved with another Broker, that was not overly communicative and unfortunately made some poor decisions.
From the first moment I called Josie, her patience and instant action made me feel more than confident she would do whatever she could for us.
I’m trying to stay away from cliches because Josie is so much more, but honestly she went above and beyond.
The path from that day onwards became more stressful due to finalising my father’s estate. Nevertheless, Josie was there by my side. Her calming nature and confidence in her knowledge always left me feeling focused and positive. Josie gave me the honesty of my situation, so I knew every step of the way where we are at and what was coming next.
I cried, I had lots of small to medium freak outs, and I feel like we kinda went through it all together. Best part was, we giggled and laughed too.
As a single mumma buying her first house at 42, it was not a quick process. Josie had my back for over 6 weeks, and we now have our forever house.
Thank you for having Josie in your team, she has helped us make our dreams come true.

Towards the end of our working life, we realised we were not really prepared for retirement and all that meant. Josie has been able to assist us in our home loan journey for the past couple of years after being referred to us by a family member. She is very punctual, follows up information and is always keeping an eye on things to make sure we get the best deal. Her service is exceptional.
Peter has built an amazing practice which shows from the loyalty of his staff and the friendly approach they take to everything. I am not a big client but am always made to feel special. My only comment would be how someone can work for the Astute family as they seem to encourage an amazing culture.
I am a single person and it can sometimes be daunting making financial decisions on my own. Peter always makes me feel confident that the best decision at the time has been made.
Tanya is an enthusiastic, passionate and kind person who made the process of buying a house understandable and clear. The fact that she is so passionate and organised in her profession assisted the process that for most people, is quite stressful. I will happily recommend Tanya to anyone that is planning on purchasing an investment.
